It is Wednesday, August 22nd and the time has finally arrived and I am in Tucson, Arizona for the Mrs. America pageant! This is the 2nd year that the pageant is being held at the beautiful Loews Ventana Canyon Resort and what a site it is. Check out this picture from my hotel window! I am so thrilled that I am roommates with Mrs. Georgia, Suzette Bryan. We are having a great time so far. The weather is wonderful, 102 today but it feels like mid 80's.
